Where do we ship?
We ship everywhere. However, please note that you may have to pay duty and VAT when the goods are delivered and also the carrier may charge you an admin fee for customs clearance.
What are the shipping costs?
We offer free delivery on all orders over 200 €. The following delivery costs are charged for orders up to 200 €:

Which courier companies will deliver my order?
That depends on the country, but in general we use a parcel service or the Post. After placing your order, you will receive an order confirmation with the tracking number of the courier chosen.
When will my order be delivered?
You will always find the exact shipping times on the product page in our online shop. Additionally, the delivery date of your items will be specified once again in your order confirmation via e-mail.
Can I return something?
We hope you love your purchase from Fitico, and that it fits perfectly. But if you are not happy, then we promise to give you a refund and to make the process as easy as possible. Your item should be returned within 14 days of receiving the original order. We will refund the price you paid for your item. We can only exchange your product for the same product in a different color or size. If you wish to exchange for a different style, please return your item and process a new order for the style you want. If you have questions about returns or if you need help with your exchanges, just send us an e-mail: email@example.com.
As our products are handmade small variations in color, size or print can occur. You always have the right to withdraw from your order. To withdraw from your order, you need to contact us within 14 days after delivery of the goods and send the complete order back to us.
How do I return something?
Please note that you are responsible for the cost of returning the goods. Even if the delivery of the goods was free of charge, the cost of returning the goods will be borne by you. Please send the goods with sufficient postage to the following address:

How can I get my money back?
Faulty items may be returned at any time. This does not affect your statutory rights. If goods are damaged, soiled, show signs of wear and tear, or returned without original labels they will not be accepted for refund. Refunds will be credited to the original payment method that was used for purchase. Please allow 5 working days to process the refund.
When trying on clothing please avoid wearing make-up, deodorant or fragrance which may leave a mark or scent on clothes. We cannot accept returns of marked items.
Hangtags, labels and dust bags should not be removed, and should be included in the return.
